Z Reversal Squeeze is a multifunction trading indicator that can identify different types of squeezes. A squeeze occurs when short sellers cover their losses or when long buyers cover their losses. It creates market pressure and is followed by a huge market move. This indicator can identify long-lived squeezes, trend squeezes and Top/Bottom squeezes. How does Z use the script?

Simply just START looking for a potential reversal when the Top/Bottom Squeeze is activated. Often between the start and the end of the squeeze, a Top/Bottom has occurred. So a perfect tool to confirm reversals.

If you want a more precise and easy way to customize the indicator to find Reversal points you can try the setting below.

Fixed parameters: (Set the values and do not change them)

> Set it to Trend Squeeze.

> Set Noise Filter to 220.

> Set Squeeze Duration to 1 (under Trend squeeze settings).

Customize these parameters: (Play around with these parameters only)

> Squeeze speed. [Set it to 5-10]

A high value, in this case, identifies more Top/Bottom (More sensitive). A low value reduces the number of Top/Bottom that are identified (Less sensitive).

> Squeeze Sensitivity. [Set it to 8-26]

A high value, in this case, reduces the number of Top/Bottom that are identified (Less sensitive). A low value increases the number of Top/Bottom that are identified (More sensitive).
