Let's go over the alerts in the Parametric Oscillator indicator.
Buy/Sell Alerts (1.0 - 1.1)
Activate the Buy/Sell under section 6.0
Enable "Show Buy and Sell Signals". If you want more signals you can activate "Enable more Signals"
Osc turns towards a positive/negative Trend (2.0 - 2.2)
These alerts trigger in the transition phase from a negative to a positive trend, and from a positive to a negative trend.
Activate the gradient color under section 2.0
Market Change Alerts (3.0 - 3.2)

3.2 ANY Market Change Circle - will give you an alert on 3.0 and 3.1
Bullish/Bearish Impulse (4.0 - 4.4)

4.2 ANY Bullish Circles - will give you an alert on 4.0 and 4.1
4.5
4.5 ANY Bearish Circle - will give you an alert on 4.3 and 4.4
Trend Dot Up/Dn (5.0 - 5.2)

5.2 ANY Up & Dn Trend Dot - will give you an alert on 5.0 and 5.1
